Internal Storage for UP TO 50 Litres. Storage for up to 10 x 5 litre containers.
Flame Proof Cabinets for storage of all flammable materials, Sanitiser, Inks, Solvents, Petroleum products, etc. in garages, workshops, factory floors, etc. designed to comply with the following regulations.
Flame Proof Cabinets should only be used for storing less than 50 litres of flammable materials. If more than 50 litres is to be stored, then a fire-rated cabinet must be used.
External Storage: for storing of multiple small containers 1000 litres +.

Construction: Robust all welded 100x50mm steel box section sub-frame.
Storage: 500mm deep, fixed storage shelves fitted on sides of unit to allow storage of small containers.
Sump: Fully welded and leak tested, corrosion resistant coated, steel sumps fitted under floor level, capacity 1000L (exceeds current EPA guidelines which state that the bund capacity should be a minimum of 25% of the total volume to be stored).
Floor: Removable hot dipped galvanized grid mesh floor and shelves.
Lifting: Unit is fitted with forklift channels or roof-fixed crane lifting points to allow for easy unloading and relocation if required.
Access: Single hinged fire rated access door fitted with key-lock and self-closing mechanisms.
Ventilation: 4 no. intumescent ventilation Pyrogrilles fitted as standard at high and low level to ensure good ventilation throughout the store. When tested to BS 476 part 22 the panels exhibit a 1 hour Fire-Rating.
Wall Cladding: The 150mm thick Fire-rated panels are fabricated from high quality resin bonded Conrock slab and are securely fixed using the tongue and groove method, for added stability, to the robust welded steel box framework.
When tested in accordance with BS 476 part 22 1987 the panels exhibit the following result:
Resistance to the passage of flames 240 mins.
Insulation on temperature 80 mins.
Stability >240 mins.
There is, therefore fire resistance to the wall construction of 80 mins.
External colour: Choice, standard Goosewing Grey.
Internal colour: Choice, standard White.
Roof Cladding: The profiled, single skin roof cladding is designed to be of a notably lighter construction than that of the wall and door panels. Therefore, in the event of an explosion within the store, the roof section is more likely to be blown upward, instead of the wall panels exploding outward, thus reducing the risk of damage to personnel and/or property.
Sealing: Full door, intumescent, elastomeric, neoprene based seals are installed to protect the Firevault and its contents from the spread of flame and heat. All seals have self-extinguishing properties in fire and are not affected by toxic fumes, dust, or weather conditions. A polypropylene brush with a central blade is also incorporated to act as weather, draught and smoke excluder. Tested to BS476 part 31.1.
Grounding: 25 x 5mm copper busbar fitted to internal walls and connected to earthing rod, supplied, allows grounding of drums and containers via grounding cables (see Optional Extras) when decanting.
Finish: Framework: All steel coated with high build Acrylic paint finish system to ISO 3233:1998.
Choice of colours. Standard: Red RAL 3020.
External: Longlife, maintenance-free plastisol (PVC) finish on wall panels. Choice of colours. Standard colour: Goosewing Grey.
Internal: White chemical resistant stelvetite (PVC) finish on internal walls.
Signage: Clear and bold Firevault, Flammable CLP and Chemstore Signage supplied as standard. Custom signage available upon request.
External Storage for a bulk quantity of Hand Sanitiser (Non Fire Rated).
Segregation Distances advised: for up to 1000 litres of flammable liquid, the unit can be placed within 2 metres from occupied buildings, boundaries, process units, flammable liquid tanks of fixed ignition sources.

Access: Single hinged door on the short side of the unit. Fully key-lockable.
Doors are fully lockable.
Storage: 2 no. 500 mm shelves on the internal side and rear walls of the unit
Sumps: Corrosion resistant steel sump tray fitted under floor level. Total Capacity: 1,000L (exceeds current Environmental guidelines, 25% of the total volume and 110% of the single largest volume).
Bund Test Certificates are issued with each unit.
Flooring: Shelves and floor finished with fully galvanised grid decking for storage of loose containers.
Ventilation: Aluminium louvres at high and low level ensure proper ventilation throughout to prevent a build-up of harmful flammable vapours.
Finish: All steel coated with 2 pack anti-corrosive epoxy paint system. Standard colour: RED
Lifting: Unit is fitted with forklift channels and roof-fixed crane lifting points to allow for easy unloading and relocation if required.
Signage: Flammable CLP Signage fitted as standard

With the outbreak of corona-virus, surgical masks become crucial equipment for everyone’s health. Unfortunately, surgical masks are currently in short supply due to the large demand on a global scale. To extend the life of surgical masks, many will keep them in clean envelopes, preservation bags or plastic folders when they are not in use. For envelopes and preservation bags, they are one-off objects that are not sustainable. And for plastic folders, cleaning is not easy. On the other hand, most people will casually put their masks on the table or inside their pockets, which expose the masks with the air that increases the chance of getting polluted.
To solve the pain point, the Maskeeper was developed for temporarily store surgical mask easily. Moreover, it is sustainable and it can be easily cleaned to be reused.

The client was restricted with the final position for the units. This only allowed access to the units from one side. With this in mind double depth, corrosive IBC store units with roller racking systems in a 64 DSD Corvault were proposed.
The result for the was 2 identical purpose-built units which fitted perfectly into the required space. These units allowed for the client to store all the materials in a neat tidy format. The stores also reduced the client’s risk of accidental spillage due to an impact from forklift trucks etc.
The delivery of the Corvault units was fully supervised by Chemstore. The units were positioned & secured in their final position by Chemstore Engineers.

The client had requirement to store IBC of waste materials prior to collection.
A site visit was requested by the client to explore the options available to store the materials.
Also to identify the best area to position the units within plant.
Our Design Engineering Declan O’Connor attended site.
A walk–through was carried out with the client. The typical items to be stored in the unit were identified & a number of areas the units could be positioned were identified.
