HAZVAULT Case Study with DANONE

The clients requirements

Danone approached Chemstore after existing storage units on site failed the standard bund test. Chemstore's site assessment came to the conclusion that improvements were required involving their chemical storage. Danone with an upcoming safety audit at the end of November required compliance as soon as possible. A full site assessment was carried out to determine the exact storage requirements. Chemstore were again able to enable our client to eliminate the risk associated with storing hazardous materials on site.

Our solution

Our technical Director David O’Carroll who is an expert in this area visited the site in October 2016, identified a solution to Danone’s problem. Bund testing was completed, the new Hazvault units were recommended to ensure compliance. Chemstore manufactured and delivered the units in time prior to the audit which resulted in Danone passing the audit.

Danone have since gone on to using Chemstore’s new state of the art software management platform for the seamless management and control of the organisations hazardous materials. This new software allows our clients to lower costs, reduce risk and to achieve full compliance.
