Chemstore have invested €150,000 in critical new manufacturing equipment.

With an ever increasing demand for the highest safety standards when storing flammable materials in the workplace and the pledge Chemstore have made to continually develop products with the goal of eliminating the risk with hazardous material storage, Chemstore have now taken a big development step in purchasing state of the art manufacturing equipment.

Chemstore have purchased a new 200 tonne 3 metre Brake Press and a 3 metre Guillotine (with 8 millimetre cutting capacity).

The purchase of this new equipment which has cost in excess of €150,000 will enable Chemstore to cut fold and fabricate up to 6mm steel plate which is a requirement when producing the Firevault DNV 2.7-2 certification standard unit.

This equipment will drastically increase Chemstore’s manufacturing capability and also enable the company to manufacture larger and more sophisticated engineering solutions to satisfy the ever increasing international markets it now serves.
